Who I am

I'm Mihael Zanjkovic, a real estate agent in Girona y Costa Brava. I support you when you buy, sell or invest in property, with a simple idea: that you make decisions with clear information and no surprises.

I work in English and Spanish, including with buyers, sellers and investors who live outside Spain.

How I work

• First I listen. What you are looking for, what budget you have and what timeline.
• Then I put it into numbers. Real costs of the transaction, mortgage payment and yield, with the calculators on this site.
• I support you through to signing. Viewings, negotiation and paperwork, with direct communication by WhatsApp.

Area

I work in Girona and the Costa Brava.
